the one moment in all the films when movie ginny acted like book ginny

Not really. Book Ginny had bigger tits!

I get the inside joke with Harry’s being #7  but how great would it have been if he was #9? That way when we see the shot of Harry and Ginny from the back we would see 69.

    Too childish?

“You know it’s love when the tiny details about another person, the ones that seems insignificant to most people, seem incredible and magnificent to you.”

As someone who’s been part of the Harry Potter fandom since time immemorial, I think I’ve seen everything that can be said against Harry and Ginny — for the somehow subjectively valid to the full-blown crackfest — and for me it’s really as simple as that quote above.
Would I have wanted more page time for Harry & Ginny? OF COURSE
But the lack of it doesn’t mean that it’s any less deep or valid or real than if were given the page time (or as some arguments have posted, development) many have wished it was given.
Some love stories have been woven into a series, but that doesn’t translate to it being more believable for me than the way Harry & Ginny were written.
But that’s just me.
I was never the fan of overtly cheesy and panned-out into narrative love stories, which is why the way Harry & Ginny were written was something I loved. Plus, the romantic cues were in the storyline since Chamber of Secrets: JK Rowling, in Ginny Weasley’s rescue in the Chamber, used classic romantic foreshadowing — Harry was the hero, Ginny was the love interest held captive by the hero’s archnemesis, and in order to save his one true love, he had to slay the symbol of his nemesis’ power using a mystical weapon of power.
JK Rowling NEVER used any other romantic cues on any other Harry/[insert female character here] in the rest of the series.
So yes, that for me, and the Chocolate in the Library scene in OoTP were the main literary clues of an impending romance for Harry and Ginny.
Last point, I’ve often read people complain that Ginny’s a Mary Sue because of how perfect she is — lest we forget, we’re reading the books from Harry’s PoV and he’s smitten over her, so in that context we’re reading Ginny’s development from Harry’s perspective and like that quote said, what is insignificant to naysayers of this pair are the same qualities which to Harry make Ginny Weasley his Chosen One.
That’s all she wrote, really.
